Well maintained course with a nice variation of shots. Distance control a must, and just a fun course in a beautiful setting.

To start, we have no idea where number ones tee is, so we played from the sidewalk. The tees I'm sure will be improved over time, sank in a few times in the tee pads. The layout is pretty easy, but may need some direction to hole 9 from hole 8. Which I'm sure since its a new course alot of these things will be addressed. ESPECIALLY THE ROUGH ! Fun little course, with very nice scenery. Getting better as the amount of play increases on the course.

UPDATE, course is getting a little more fair as its use is increasing, and some grooming of some foliage has helped, especially since they trimmed up the bottoms of the pines. Some tee signs still need moved, but course is definitely improving. Definitely need some goretex if you are playing after it has rained, course gets saturated, especially holes 5, 11, and 17 down by the basket.

The course is fairly open, but has water in play on 1/3 of the holes. Two tee pads per hole, and withing the next couple years hopefully 2 pin positions for each hole. The course is pretty well maintained, but not perfect, can always use some work no matter what course you play, there is always something that can be done to improve the aesthetics of any course. Course is very popular and gets alot of use. Holes 4 and 6 are the only holes with alternate pin placements for now, 4 is extremely diff ...
