for presidents day, send this request off to any past, present, wanting to be, never could be or future presidents that you may know. 75 signatures as of this morning, and the numbers should double after this beautiful, holiday weekend. thanks. http://www.change.org/petitions/vote-to-promote-disc-golf-18-or-9-holes-that-is-the-question

I left my favorite PINK destroyer on Midland's 18 fairway back on Feb 4th. A group of three casuals came right behind my finishing (one guy player and a young blond and her boyfriend - first time players, all about 20ish). Two minutes later I realized I left the disc where the drive landed and went back to find no disc. Anyone that may know the 3 some or know how to retrieve the pink destroyer identified with my name and number and the congrats written by J Bonn when I aced #8 at Freeland. I'll give a new disc and cash for the reward.

May I have your autograph ? I thought all disc golfers were in favor of 18 hole courses over anything smaller ? if we all share, we'll have 100 signatures by Friday - thanks. http://www.change.org/petitions/vote-to-promote-disc-golf-18-or-9-holes-that-is-the-question

thanks to everyone for signing and posting great messages. keep the numbers growing, 35 signatures as of right now could be well over 100 by tomorrow if a few friends of each were encouraged to sign. http://www.change.org/petitions/vote-to-promote-disc-golf-18-or-9-holes-that-is-the-question

The Regional Park Supervisor informed me yesterday that additional designers will be consulted to determine if indeed there is the real possibility for an 18 hole course. Designers, a free gratis job to consult and design 9 or 18 may exist out at BCSRA ?

any and all disc golfers NOT placing your name on this, I hope it's only because you don't participate with such online petitions and NOT that you prefer a 9 hole course over 18. http://www.change.org/petitions/vote-to-promote-disc-golf-18-or-9-holes-that-is-the-question Why NOT make a call to Bay City State Recreation Area (989-684-3020) and just tell them what your preference would be, the 9 hole or 18 holes course. They need a designer/designers/volunteer to design the nine. The main argumen ... more

Could December have been any better for playing disc golf in Michigan ? in Bay County it could have been, we could had a New Years Day Disc Golf event at Bay City State Recreation Area. 2011 year in review - my biggest accomplishment was concluding 4 years of disc golf course designing at Bay City State Recreation Area by writing and receiving an $8000.00 grant. With this $8000.00 added to the additional $4000.00 in cash and pledges, the course could be well under construction by July and somewh ... more

how many of you play on a course that sends the park staff out to blow the leaves off of all tee pads ? and then when I went back again, they also blew all the leaves off of the fairways !!! I'd say that's how a disc golf course should be cared for. Visit the Jungle at Sanford Lake Park to see just how a course should be cared for.

I have a friend selling her DGM M-14 practice basket. It's hardly used, always stored indoors and $75.00. If anyone's interested, let me know and I'll put you in touch,. It can be picked up in the Ann arbor area.

The guy on my card at Genesee who was one stroke behind me, that I beat by 12 strokes, wants to caddy for me. And getting the bag off my back has changed my mind about caddying. I thought somebody else carrying my bag would throw my rhythm off. But now that I'm carting it, I don't think it's an issue. So thanks, but don't come driving out here, I already have a caddy!
