It's the gate inside the park thats locked when ther is snow and ice .

If no snow it should be , but don't know for sher . And u can park at the hotel across from hole #10 but they charge 3$ to park

nope. i went up there last week and parked on the side street next to the chiropractors office on dixie. i was not ticketed.
