I'm looking for anyone interested in photo/video stuff and might be interested in doing some shooting of events this year. I have extra cameras and such if you don't own your own. Just like to see some more photo work at events and such. I also have more then enough editing software to work with. Hope to hear some response. Also looking at doing some high speed video of people's drives so they can look at them back in slow motion. Good day all and enjoy

Are there any plans on course improvement work at Camp Taloali between now and the LSO? Mostly interested in things such as tee pad back fill to bring level and even ground surface off the tee pad, updated and proper signage, and trail cleanup. Just like to see course in best possible shape for all playing the tournament and course at other times. Thank you for any information and willing to be involved.

***Champoeg Info ***

Champoeg Disc Friends,

This Saturday, we have a couple hours of worked planned for our course. We have ordered 8 yards of rock to winterize the tee pads to significantly cut down on mud near to concrete. A layer of rock all around the pads will do wonders for years to come. The park will also make wood chips available to spread around the pins.

Boy Scout Troop 520 will be helping with this project. Show time is 10am and we hope to be done by noon. Please bring whe ... more

Have a fun and safe new Year's eve tonight and let's all have a great New year to follow. Let's all play our sport at what ever level, with what ever group or groups, and most important of all for our sports future is to get along and help out our courses to keep them in best possible playing condition. Makes the game that much more enjoyable for all.
Thanks and take care all from the Hawg Farm Disc Golf

Best wishes out to all for this Holiday season. Be safe and watch out for the other fools on the road that aren't paying attention. Throw some disc and think about family. My thoughts for now and Season's greetings from Hawg Farm Disc Golf

If you have not already I ask if you could take a moment for a quick survey about the long term goals and plans for Minto Brown Island in Salem. It is going thru redevelopment planning stage, very early stages.
I would like a comment at end of survey that you'd like to possibly see a top level disc golf course put in to the plans. I have attended first meeting and will attend any and all meetings as needed to see this possibly happen. Long ways out but step one is to let them know there ... more

After getting to play the 3 CCDG Home courses over the last few days, I have 2 comments to put out. First is thanks to those that I got to throw with. Second it brought to mind how all 3 course are still in various levels and need of repair and maintenance. This has been a long running issue over the years and in many cases we are no further along then in past.
This is not to say that there has not been some things resolved, but there is still along ways that we can go. I will like to se ... more

Hawg Farm Disc Golf is going public and beginning a new journey, with a unknown ending. I'm looking to help grow our sport and find a middle ground for all the different players we have in this sport. We are all different but have at least one thing in common, Disc golf. Hopefully this group will grow in numbers involved at various levels for ideas, opinions, manual labor, and whatever else it takes. There are no membership dues, rules or regulations at this time. I do have a set of gu ... more
