I read your other thread and was just giving you ****. I nearly did the same thing when I went there last fall. I got there very early and spent a crazy amount of time trying to find gold. Even after finding the sign that says 500 feet to gold, it still was a pain. It was worth it once I found it..

Yeah, thats what I keep hearing. How awesome gold is. I saw that sign to, walked 500ft didnt see a thing, although that gold basket behind white 1 really threw me off.

Shorts to Longs is pretty fun. I played Longs to Shorts for the first time last month. It was good, but overall I prefer the long pins.

Well my intial thoughts was to play both. First tee @ 8, 2nd @ 10:30ish. Need to be done by early afternoon, to go stuff my face. However I understand it is hard to get people up and out that early, so I can change my schedule if needed.

We started on blue, 5+ baskets were gone, started searching for gold/silver couldn't find a basket or a tee, didn't wanna walk all the way to red, and we found the first basket for white 1, so being the course were closest to and could actually see a fair amount of baskets for it, so we played taht.
