weird, considering they had day 1 results up by like 10pm. raley killed it first day and held on with a 72 on champ black. ziggy had the hot round at 70(!!!) and lengel jumped up big with a 73. other than that no one moved up or down more than 2 spots, i think. i am wondering about ratings for champ black. it got windy and i was not mad about my 80.

That is funny. If you weren't there it doesn't concern you, Woj! They should offer up a disc to have someone post scores for them. I can't imagine it's an exhausting mental task. Hell, I'd bet I could drink beer and do it.

I feel really bad about not being able to make it there, I really wanted to play. I love the competition and had a good time the last time we played in BG

No, I did something to my upper back earlier this week, and it still hasn't gone away. I tried throwing yesterday, and it hurt a lot, and putting was really thrown off and had a lot of pain. Guess I'm just getting old LOL

I have never played Parmalee but -19 has got to be very impressive because I've heard it has some tight holes which even if short, can be missed. And then reading -21 by Climo/partner at BG plus a -20, damn !!!!!

parmalee for midrange practice? are there champion tees where midranges might be useful?

Michael Stonestreet    August 6, 2010 at 12:46pm

Yeah, they didn't have 2 sets of tees then, just one.

Keriekes was the course we played on that year.

Back in 96 in bowling green, KY in the shoe sensation doubles, climo and his partner shot 21 down for 18 holes!!! 3 aces in one round, KB Clark and I shot 17 down and didn't even cash, cause there was a 20 down, a 19 down and a boat load of 18 downs.

-19 over 18 holes? Sounds like the course has been broken. You dudes should fix it.

Chris Hoyle    August 6, 2010 at 11:01am

Nope it's -19
Myself and Ryan Toth did it. an ace and 17 birdies.

Nice, 2 aces in 1 round by a dubs team, I'm sure it's been done but I've never seen nor heard of it. Is 17 down the course record for dubs?

You have to go to the crossroads... If the devil shows up & signs your disc you to will hit aces like that.
