My putter upshots/putts were on point, though. I barely missed probably four of those by less than 2 inches a piece, three for deuce. Had ace runs on 16 and 17. Then missed a gimme eight footer on 17 to close out the round, keeping myself from my first ever under par league round. It was frustrating, because I wanted to make sure to get under par, but in perspective it was a good round.”

“Played Wednesday doubles at Brazil. I drove probably better than I ever have, parking at least six baskets and nearly acing 3 and 11. Probably could've made a run at six to eight down by myself.”

“Played halfway okay. Had Dennis from Brazil as a partner.”

“Wow. Felt amazing. My best round ever by several shots. Service beat me and kept his 5 tag. I beat Peck by one and kept the 7 tag. Jameson played with us too. Thought for sure I had nailed the putt on eighteen to end up even. Stupid missed putt on ten, too. Had a great time in great weather. Still made it to Cheeseburger in Paradise without the wife -too- made about me being there a little late for her birthday dinner.”

“Only had one birdie, but it was on 17 and with Shawn's bogey on the same hole it turned a stroke deficit into a lead down the stretch. First time playing the course, really enjoyed it. I want to go back more next year.”

“We really used a combination of the short and long tees because they had just poured new tee pads on a few holes.”
