Currently, yes, tournament scores are wiped completely and then replaced when the scores are updated.

With the new update of individual hole pars, I'm going to look closely at the hole-by-hole system-- it should be fixable.

Yeah, if the tournament scores are updated, hole-by-holes are erased. I will look into a fix for that.
