i have checked and verified the score card as turned in. 79 written, actual score was an 80 stroked 2 to make 82. Per the PDGA rules.
Scorecard was not signed but that is not relevant. once a card is turned in if incorrectly scored 2 strokes are added to the correct score.
I do not make the rules just follow them.
