2016 Project Application form is available

Those who are interested in applying for financial support for a Northeast Ohio Disc Golf Related project please contact Bill Flynn through e-mail ([email redacted]) or through discgolfscene. Please provide contact information with inquiries. There is a word document application form that must be completed and submitted prior to 3/7/16.

The projects will be funded through the moneys collected in the 2016 Frozen Fingers on the Fairway Ice Bowl Series.

Some requirements...
Property owner approval must be obtained prior to submitting application
Application amount will be limited to $1000 per project based on available funds, funds needed, and strength of applications
Project site must be in the 22 county region designated by the NEODGA as Northeast Ohio (if unsure check)
Application must be filled out completely, timely and accurately
