No. And probably never again. We've talked with OU and it doesn't seem like it's going back in. Especially since dorms and athletic buildings are going there.

I know that the front of the course was bulldozed for athletic buildings and more dorms. Considering we lost a lot of land and a lot of baskets were destroyed in the process I don't think it's coming back. If anything they will have to make a whole new course in a different location and buy more baskets. I would love to see this happen but I'm not holding my breath.
I'm not sure what their plans are for the baskets but I know they can be used elsewhere. Civic Center could also use new baskets and it's right around the corner. We have also been working on remolding that course.
Josh Hewitt posted a quote from the director back in March that the course should be back up by mid-summer. You can read it on Oakland U. course page under comments. I'll stay hopeful.
I just wish I could play hole 4 again, or the original hole 18, or hole 5, and 7. Oh hell who am I kidding I loved that course. Hope it comes back too.

Did you talk with Gregory T. Jordan, Director of the Department of Campus Recreation?
Bummer. Just moved here 2 years ago. Never got a chance to play it. Heard it was really nice.
