DFOK at the "Get Around 2 It!" by Manhattan Conv. & Visitors Bureau.
Please consider attending Thursday, April 30th, "Get Around 2 It!" event, sponsored by the Manhattan Convention & Visitors Bureau.
The event is FREE, running from 5pm-8pm, located at the Blue Earth Plaza (near 3rd & Colorado) in downtown Manhattan.
The Disc Fanatics of Kansas will have a table + putting station, which has become a tradition at this event.
This is a good chance for us to showcase the sport of disc golf to the entire comunity. A few of years ago, our presence sparked getting approval to expand the Fairmont course (from 9 to 18).
There will be a few local players helping man the table, plus consider yourself invited to help out too. OR just put on your favorite disc golf shirt & hat, then check out the rest of the event... the more disc golf that's visible at this event, the better.
