Picnic course was a bit wet in spots but pretty good overall , on a few of the tees one will have to be careful stepping off from the grass onto the blacktop portion of the tee . I slipped on a couple of drives . best to tee from the grass 2-3 ft. behind tee . to stay on your feet , also some areas on a few of the tees which had patchy mud spots . So just hope everything dries up some.
