A note from Sara from a Soft Place to Land, the dog rescue... What a blast! Our first annual Discs for Dogs was a huge success! The event brought in just a bit under $1500 for the rescue! Thank you so much to Ft. Collins Disc Golf Association (Danny, you rock!), the OtterCares Foundation, Poudre Pet & Feed Supply, NutriSource Pet Foods (Kelly and Quinn thank you so much for driving up today!), State Farm Agent Ben Parsons, The Write Life, and Lamars Donuts for sponsoring the event! We would also like to thank KONG, BarkBox, Perennial Gardener, Trail Head Tavern, Steakout Saloon, Joyce and Luke Cain, Stacy Bartholomew Gartzka, Poudre Pet and Feed, NutriSource, Nature's Own, and Kilwins for donating items for prizes and the silent auction. We were absolutely blown away by the disc golf community and their support of the tournament! Thank you to everyone who came out to play and make this event such a great success!
