DGLA promotes various leagues of various clubs sharing players. Wheatland DGC should and has drawn the attention of various clubs and leagues this summer already.
Last DGLA series (winter 2013-2014) ended and I suggested Eco for such an event to draw attention to that course in hopes some foot traffic would do that course some good. Same goes for Wheatland DGC
Okay...this is the Michigan format from Foz Miller's brain: everyone is welcome to play in round one. One division, anyone can play. Top 20 get an automatic bid into round 2, and top 4 in round one (outside of DGLA top 20) can make it into round two. Second round has 6 cards of 4 people, and th ...

I will set it up and present trophies like last year. How soon are we talking....like this Saturday? Or in a few weeks? $10 buy in. If 24 are in the final, payouts would be $80, $60, $40, $30, $20, $10
I like the format, I don't like Pier for this. I'm in! Let's get at least two weeks to invite via PM on DGS and to promote it a bit. Also should look at existing events schedule as to not conflict.
We'll....have to do an already packed August 23, or wait until Sept. 13, which is also packed with non- and PDGA sanctioned events. Too many things going on.
We tried this last year and did an Eco Park 26 hole tournament. Where do you suggest and when? That would be fun :)
I say Wheatland DGC
Dgla Showdown?

I have contact information for 15 of the Top 20 DGLA SUMMER SERIES players. I would happily co-host this.

It would have to be this Saturday before Worlds kicks off. That why I didn't plan a DGLA tourney this season.
I think Sept. 13th or later would be fine, better for turnout. Rick just pick a date and I will start sending invites via PM.
How about August 30th? There is nothing that weekend.
Great! Please contact Foz Miller to get the event add to DGLA NEWS FEED.
He reads all :)
