It's not bad at all, was there yesterday evening. 5 is bad as you'd expect, just walk the planks or down low. I'm not too sure about the back 6 but 14 is probably a little muddy at the pad. Aside from that things were pretty dried up. I would not take kids to Cass (I have a 5 year old myself) unless you don't mind the rampant smoking (both kinds) and beer drinking.
