If a Junior turns 10 5-3 what division is he?

Am 1, obviously. ...or maybe Boys' IV, really whichever one he wants until the calendar year he turns 11 (i.e. next January he'll have to play in III or higher).

Correct. He can still play in the MJ4 division until January of next year. Or any higher division, of course.
