Is this course open to the public, like someone traveling through on the highway could go play it?
If so, you should add it to the directory at www.dgcoursereview.com so that people know its there.
It's on dgcoursereview as a temp course for right now until they finalize their decision to add it permanently. But in answer to your question, yes, it is available to the public right now but you have to bring your own basket, (thus the temp status). The green fee is $5 and the cart is $5 if you so choose to use one. The pro layout is on dgcoursereview but I haven't added the am layout yet.
