* if we are 501c3 by next year Delta wants to sponsor 10k/year
* Need to fill out final sections for state nonprofit status

* financial reports documenting all money in and out AS WELL AS $$ to related events (cash payouts when $ is donated to club)
* member access granted for review by request

* Nonprofits can still make a "profit" but it must be reinvested into the club, services, etc. Its in order to continue functioning
* once a nonprofit breaks 10k threshold, its preferred (by gov) to go to 501c3

* Consider incorporating PayPal into tournament registration (if TD prefers)

* want to know what people want to see for apparel
* Tay will talk to Adam about how to connect PIAS and ADGA as community partners
