So we figured out how to handle this situation.
We will be staying at hamburg!!!
There will be no entry fees, no payouts, no merchandise brought. We will only be running the Ace Pool as normal.
I will have handwarmers for $1. We will play it as the Winter Warmer Series league that it is and the township won’t cause us any problems. Points will be awarded and CTPs will be awarded to series participants.
Sorry if this upsets some people who want the payouts but for this event we will avoid making waves with the park and play it nice and safe until we finalize our paperwork to be legal at there venue.

You are also forgetting the part of collecting money. selling out of the park and ride is also not legal. i do not have time to work out collecting the money in advance and finding a place for payouts. the alternatives were move it to somewhere else, cancel, or change the date of the event. Bandamer's potential fines are even more scary then the risks of hamburg. We didn't want to reuse a previously utilized course from the series. we considered other courses and chose not to pursue those either.
are you going to have any of the heizenburg cranks bill? i would really like to purchase one.
we didnt do monster course at hudson when we did the series there.... was that done earlier in the series?
so this is basically a glorified fun round or is there still points towards finals for payouts?
jake i do believe i answered that yes it is all fun, they all are. yes there are CTP's for people in the series and points like normal.
You happen to get a hold of any of the MDGO Esp Glow Zones? For next event anyways as I am reading.
