if it was a sanctioned tourney and you belonged to the pdga and had a number a ten dollar fee would be waived. but since it isnt there is no extra fee and number or being in the Pdga does not matter! hope that made sense.
Bill....this is not a standard PDGA policy. It has to be applied for, it is not an automatic given. That being said, I believe you can listen to Jeff here.
