Override my rules...
It was brought to my attention that after this last WND (the 31st) the two teams that tied decided to do a CTP from a location other than the specified spot (after not settling it after the 3 pro tees, which they did correctly). Therefore, the points will not be awarded to those 4 individuals. Now, I realize that the punishment is in no way, shape or form harsh so from now on if you want to be that way I will suspend you from the following league. Like all the other rules, this one is completely avoidable by simply following them.

We didn't follow the rules. They're posted on the site. It definitely sucks. I guess we won't do that next time.

Also, the four people playing in the throw off spoke about the ctp and agreed together that where we threw from was acceptable and the league administrator was nowhere to be found to confer with over this decision. but we all see now that you are all powerful and can make decisions on the fly as you see fit. I appreciate more than you know all of your efforts in making our club and leagues happen and can accept any decision you make out of respect for those efforts! Now i know that these rules are listed here and have read them i will make sure not to make the same mistake again. I would however like clarification on the location of this kiosk you speak of.

everyone should know the rules if they are going to be held to them. I had no idea about these rules on dgs until it was stated that i and three others had not followed them. that is slightly unfair. a warning would be nice but thats ok.
I guess it sounds a little better than forfeiting your winnings. points vs. cash - doesn't sound as bad when it is put like that

lets see...Nick and Will pretty much said they accepted it and moved on. Rod might not care, not speaking for him, but he appears to be on track to make the cut, Nick is also on the line to make the cut, last year it was 18 people that made it.
What points will do: Nick and Rod, possibly needs them to keep on track but they both appear to be solid players. Points might help out Will (possibly if he can make the cut).

I don't know what the cut will be, but it could be possibly 18 to 20 players. It hasn't been determined just yet but there are other points you get possibly for attendance

the cut will probably be the name above mine, but I missed quite a few Wednesdays this year.
