Not that Brian's message wasn't clear, I'd just like to reiterate. With the Alaska State Disc Golf Championships being the largest tournament of the year, a player cap MUST be used. Why? Remember last year? Last year we allowed everyone who showed up for the tourney to participate. That was about 85 people. I'm against online registration, however, as a TD, I completely understand why online registration is used for a tournament of this size. This is the only tournament of the year that should have online registration!
In the past we've encouraged people to "register" by simply giving us their Division and either PDGA # or email address. We would then print out the list and take money the day of. We can't do that for this one. It is important that everyone who knows they'll be there to go ahead and take the 5 minutes to register. The system will automatically add your name to the registration list.
Once you've registered online, you're done. The only thing you'll need to do is "check-in" the morning of. Remember, full refunds will be given if cancelation is received by 7/17/13. If you do not cancel by the 17th no refund will be given. However, you will still receive the disc included in the player's pack.
