I know there will also be questions about the handicap division so here is my best explanation for it. The first 3 weeks will be based on your actual score. From then on out your last 3 scores will be averaged and your round will be calculated based on your average. For example, if your last 3 rounds were 70, 75 and 80, your average is 75. If you throw a 78 the next round, your handicapped score will be +3.
