Steve let me try to explain to you again what the bylaws state about board member size. Section 3.03 deals with the size of the board. The board decided on 7 members in the beginning, after the 2 were dismissed for lack of participation, the board decided to keep it at 5 members. Section 3.03 says "The Corporation shall have a varible-range size board of directors. The minimum number of directors shall be three and the maximum shall be fifthteen. The number of directors may be fixed or changed periodically, within the minimum and maximum, by the board of directors." The board determined the size at 5, members cannot vote on this, they can express their opinion but ultimately the board size is determined by the board. Hopefully anyone else that reads this will figure out that this was appropriatre under the bylaws of CCDG.
