Week 9 is in the books. The weather was unseasonably warm, there was very little wind, but it was very damp out. Thanks to everyone that came out today and helped us have our best turnout for the Winter League yet.
Today we played from the reds and the format really affected the scoring. Holes 1-6 were worst shot doubles, holes 7-12 were alternate shot doubles and holes 13-18 were best shot doubles. There was a two way tie for first place after 18 holes so we had ourselves a playoff.
Here are your overall results:
Tom Kim/Neil Kice 50 (won in a playoff)
Kelly Boyce/Mark Sherwood 50
Rick Honn/Carol Silverthorn 52
Justin Duncan/Ian Hill 52
Ed Buskirk/James Keil 54
Socal Mike/Caiti Jackson 56
Lenny Deuce/Larry Bishop 56
Rick Honn got the CTP on hole #9, netting himself $5.00 and a 172G glow Roc.
There were no aces and the ace pot now sits at $133.00
I would like to thank Bwana Bob for donating two Blizzard Bosses and one Lightning D-4 to the CTP boxes (all of them new.)
