The cop I asked tonight said hitting them in the face with a shovel would involve pretty serious legal consequences for me. I didn't ask if you guys were allowed to do it. I think I'm going to coat the wood on the posts with cayenne pepper...or maybe spray them down with bear spray. I think I'll ask that question next. I discovered today (after putting hole 10's pin back in the ground) that they had taken 12's sign out of the ground and pulled up 17's sign (the one that I spent almost an hour putting back on Friday because it is buried on the edge of a downhill. Very frustrated, pretty close to saying enough and walking away.
