Managed to take today off, so I swung out this morning to shovel some tees while playing. I have learned a lesson today....Disc golfers are muther ****ing crazy. The will play in almost any element just to knock out 18 :) I was surprised to see that there has been so much activity on the Chuck D course, snow on the tees was compacted down. I figured a few die hards would be out there, but I was NOT anticipating that I would be scraping ice off the tees :P :P So I brought a kids shovel, and my thought was it was light & could carry it for 18 holes, shovel two sets of tees and have no issues. Blew it right out hole #1, White Tee. Son of a ****! I stuck it out with my shovel as long as I could. Tee 1 for the Whites was pretty packed down, so I didn't really scrap too much. Finally blew out the handle & made the crack in the blade even bigger hole 9. Oh well. I plan on bringing a better shovel tomorrow and if I play the Chuck D, I will finish up. Might do Chuck D Sunday. The family is coming with me tomorrow, and since there are more hills and such for sledding, I'll clean up the Picnic course while we play in the park. But, on a good note....Holes 1-8 Blacks & Whites are shoveled. If someone thinks of it, maybe grab some drive way salt and throw a little down?

Cheers to the die hards!!!
