The "Crew" from Scarboro Hills are starting a Disc Golf Club in association with Churchville Recreation. A few of us met with the Churchville Rec Council Board Members on 9/22/10. It went fantastic. We introduced ourselves and gave a little presentation of what disc golf is. By the end of the night we had them wanting to come out and play and asking us if we wanted to put baskets in at Churchville Rec. On Oct. 7, we will be having our first club meeting at the Churchville Rec Center. The meeting will double as registration night. You do not have to be a member to attend this meeting. Please feel free to come and see what we are about. First year fees = $25.00. More info to follow. If you know someone interested in joining the club, tell them to attend the meeting.
