The Motor City Chain Gang is hosting the 10th Annual Gale Vaughn Memorial on Sunday, July 29, 2012.
It is hard to believe it has been that long since we lost Gale.
Once again the event headquarters will be at Oakland University in Auburn Hills, Mi.
MANDATORY CHECK IN at Oakland University between 8-9 am for all divisions.
The 2012 GVM is a PDGA B Tier event (both Pros and AMs) and will have over $2000 in Cash and Merchandise added.
A minimum of $600 added to the Pro OPEN payout.
We will be playing 18 holes each at Stony Creek Metropark and Oakland University.
The course layouts are close to being finalized but the preview would be:
Stony Creek: 1 - 18, Longs and Shorts
Oakland University: 18 holes with added Long tees for the Open and AM1, the regular course for the AM2 and AM Masters, and added short tees for the AM3, AM4, and AM Women divisions.
