This week will be our 1st 1st thursday. The format will be as follows. Single doubles meaning your team will play as singles. And then we will add the scores together to get your team score. A/B Players will be throwing from the blues. C Players will be throwing from the whites.
This is the 1st 1st thursday of the month format change. Each 1st thursday of the month I will change the format slightly just to expose players to other dubs formats and give us a change of pace and variety. On the format change agenda will be single dubs (like above), single dubs where take the best of the 2 scores on a given hole, 1 and done best shot meaning you will play your whole round with 1 disc only, 3 disc dubs where you can have a driver a mid and putter, blind man's dubs where it will be single dubs but the partners won't be drawn till after the round ends and some other ideas i'm working on. I don't think i'll punish the players with tough shot or worst shot and I don't plan on using alternate shot because we all like to throw more.
