Seemed as though playing in groups of 3 helped speed things up, because we were finished with league activities before dark. For the most part everyone seemed to like the change, so we'll stick with it as long as daylight is an issue (we can switch back to bigger groups when we switch to weekend play this winter). Sorry for the inconvenience.
