The first night was a great success in my opinion. Fun to get 10 players out on night one. I have posted the scores and what was paid out last night.
I have had two suggestions for improvements so far.
The first was related to how we track who the league champ is at the end of the year if there is no penalty for missing a night. The website lets us track points so my thought was, and it is subject to change, that the top 10 finishers each league night get points. 1st place getting 10 points and 10th place getting 1. I have posted those points for last nights round but they can be edited. Please let me know if you like this idea or give me other suggestions.
The second was related to one round of singles having a big drawback, the fact that if you have one bad hole it is tough to make it up in 8 holes. The options I see for fixing this would be to do 2 rounds of singles as our league night, then for those who can stay throw in a buck or two and do a round as doubles. OR go everyother week, one week we do 2 rounds of singles, the next we do 2 rounds as doubles.
