The main thing about the flow on the course is that in addition to the permanent 9 holes of Fairmont, we will play a temporary 9 holes designed just for this tournament. The layout and location of those 9 holes depends on the City/County plans to begin working on Soccer Fields in the area. So... the exact layout will not be determined until April 8th.

One of the alternate layouts will involve using an alternate temporary T for hole #2. So we may or may not use the normal #2 T.

Also, there are a number of safety issues, as Kevin Zane pointed out, relating to current T-pad/hole configurations on the permanent course. (eg... I just threw my number 5 drive across the #6 T-pad) We MAY move some of the T-locations temporarily for the tournament to help alleviate some of the problems. We MAY also create some Mandatory routes. However, since this tournament is trying to be beginner-friendly, the simpler the better! So we MAY simply ask all participants to wait to throw until they are certain that other players are out of the way, even if they are not technically on the fairway for the hole being played.

For now, practicing the original 9 (and your putting) will be the best preparation for the tournament.
