We have not officially defined anything about the proposed Glow League... The tee time, format of play, entry fee (if any), league administrator(s), etc. still need to be set.
Regarding the Tee Time, in my opinion, the official Glow League tee time will need to be discussed & officially agreed upon by vote.
When we do that, I'll be sure to point out that there's no need to set it as early as our current weeknight league tee times because we know we'll be playing in the dark... after all that's the point. However, the later we set the start time the colder it's going to be, So, I wouldn't think we would want to start very late...
Feel free to chime in with your proposed start time so we can start considering our needs prior to our league set-up meeting.
