I strongly do not feel that is the correct answer. I feel getting the proper people into positions that have responsibility and accountability is still the answer as I tried to push for earlier this year. One of the main problems is good information about elections and bylaw changes did not go out to all paid members in a proper fashion. Because of this the selection of new board members was done without full memberships knowledge. This cut the pool of people that might be interested in a possible position to a small group and the voting also had it's problems. With proper people in place and properly run meetings maybe there could and would be more interest in accomplishing things. We have some serious issues in the group that need to be handled ASAP and should have never got to this point. It's time to get it all out there to all members and get back on proper track for good growth and image cleanup of our group to others. Let's lead the way by being the best, not talked about the most. If my opinions hurt or offend anyone maybe that is what is needed to wake people up and resolve our problems. Some say I am negative about things, so be it but it is only meant in a good way to try and make our sport in this area the best it can be. We have room to improve in my opinion. I believe my time and efforts in course improvement and talking our sport up should speak for themselves.
Let's pull together, listen to and respect each other, and try something new, old ways seem to have a few problems.
