I know it seems a ways off, but its not. Huktoberfest is less than a month away and I am starting to freak out. I need help! Here's what I need.
Sponsorship. We have money coming out for reserving the fairgrounds, PDGA sanctioning and players fees, special events licensing, players packs, etc.. I need help to cover those costs or the payout's gonna be slim pickin's. If you know of someone who could sponsor the event, ask them! It doesn't have to be cash, gift certificates and merchandise is great!
I need 15 more baskets. Please let me know ASAP if you have one or more I can use. Also, we need extension cords, let me know if you have some you can part with (make sure to put your name on them). We can only have fires in the park if they are in the above ground fire pits. Let me know if you have one we can use. I would like at least 3.
On Friday, October 14th, I have to set up an entire 18 holes course with s$*!loads of OB to mark. Also, the course is gonna have Halloween stuff up all over. I need some helpers to get the course ready. I need help setting up and taking down both on Friday and Saturday. I need help with registration and running the leaderboard. I need help with the alternate events like CTP's and the Ring of Fire.
