Note on C-ville use.

Clubbers, wanted to share some very encouraging news with you. Last night I took the girls to play at C-ville 6 and saw 5 dudes playing (group of 3 and a father/son combo). I chatted em up and both groups were very happy with the course. I provided a few thhrowing tips to the father/son combo (don't worry, not putting advice ;), as they just picked up the game about a month ago. They were excited to hear our efforts to try and expand disc golf in H.C. and install more courses. When I was leaving, a group of 3 were just teeing off. That's a total of 8 people on a Tuesday night, Taylor said she saw 3 playing earlier in the day when she was at her field hockey camp. i think that's great news!

The allure of C-ville is the amount of community/rec activities. You can do everything from play a formal sport (baseball/softball/soccer/lacrosse), to tennis, to hoops, to disc golf. They have batting cages, shoe pits, and a large pavillion. More people will pick up the game, simply because it's an available option. My girls said they really liked it, although Arri and Carys were done after one loop :))

I again thank you all for supportng the project, the fact that new people are playing it is a success.
