I'm wondering what I could do to help with hole 12. The basket and the sign are never in sync. I played today and checked the sign. It said something to the effect of "Notice the basket is back on the ridge". I threw my drive walked up and saw the post capped off at the top of the ridge. I walked around the corner, found the basket behind the ridge and started the hole again.
It's one of those pet peeves that I think bother other people too. Rather than just complain about it, I'd like to volunteer to help.
I don't know how much the signs cost but if there were separate signs for the two basket positions and they were switched any time that the basket moved or even if both signs were permanently on the post with something to indicate which one was the active location. There has to be a solution to make it clear to people that aren't familiar with the two basket placements or ust don't understand the current sign.
