We should have double points for those rounds! :)
Updating is easy. After I put in scores, I open another window and look at them side by side just match what the DLGA points show.
Also with small leagues the points are always set to 22 pts as first place until number of players exceeds that.

So the door is still open - maybe I mislead Jake in the winter point calculations. I will discuss with Jake and Matt. I appreciate the feedback - all is welcomed and needed - input helps us decide how to deal with such matters..... And thanks Chris for the reminder - glad to see you are still monitoring the fun, fun, fun, fun - we miss yeah! - fun, fun, brothers, family, insanity, chaos and more fun, fun, fun. Great point - we were discussing this very point last Sunday during our round. In the past Ypsi Dubs did not change our point calculation for Winter to Match the DGLA Winter Double points for below 15 degrees. If we look at the impact to the leaderboard - take the top ten. These are all die hard - play every week, rain, snow, cold or hang over and so it would not have a significant impact BUT the whole idea behind the DGLA Double points is to encourage and reward those who do go out and compe ... more

Great point - we were discussing this very point last Sunday during our round. In the past Ypsi Dubs did not change our point calculation for Winter to Match the DGLA Winter Double points for below 15 degrees. If we look at the impact to the leaderboard - take the top ten. These are all die hard - play every week, rain, snow, cold or hang over and so it would not have a significant impact BUT the whole idea behind the DGLA Double points is to encourage and reward those who do go out and compete with others and the elements - encouraging as much disc Golf league play as possible. I also know that when you are stomping your feet, hoping your hand warmers get hot and your ear lobes do not crack off during registration. Double Points at least helps mental giving some additional merit to why we do this. To that point what it means is there is more separation in points between those who play every week and endure all the conditions and YES - they deserve it. My vote is for next year to emulate the DGLA point system - have double points in the Winter. I'll run it past Jake and Matt for consideration.

I was part of the walk through planning round with several others and I believe only 12 & 13 are using the existing tee pads. Several new looks with good mix of lefty and righty looks. 14 goes over to the right down the path so you are looking across the field and old brush piles but a cool shot from the edge of the woods direct to the basket. There are six extra baskets in the mix which will probably go around the lodge and island with one down the toboggan hill with one to serve as the day l ... more

All Aceable shots 150 to 220 depending on flight path You never really know until the baskets and temp tee pads are placed that morning but we have most in principal agreed upon. Good point - I have updated the schedule to show Water Works for the 18th and 25th but we will confirm the 25th during the round on the 18th.

Look forward to seeing those who do not plan on playing the A3 Point Series tournament at Rolling Hills. I look forward to playing waterworks and getting my first MiCPS Winter Points.
