Lisa Hartman needs to be added to the league, she never received her points from when I ran the round...

Amen Nate, well said. At least you fellas don't have to deal with those winged demons everytime you step out of your house. Pretty sure the hordes at Willow are the sign of an upcoming apocalypse of torture, missed putts, botched drives and lots of pain.

For real Jacob, no lie. Those whatzoohuhcomeagain insects are part mosquito, part hornet, and part bat...equipped with talons, and they travel in packs of 75 - its a blood bath. I was thinking about requesting the park to install a shower stall at Hole #1 for the summer...instead of water, you get doused in 100% deet, and he park gives you a complimentary torch as well.

Well I played Thursday and Sunday last week Thursday the bugs were fine until dusk. Sunday however was a different story it was getting back to normal amounts of bugs getting worked on putts and teepads.

I'am good on taking up synchronized swimming, but thanks for the suggestion! True, mosquitoes are going to be at every course for a while and I don't think that getting a few bites is going to make any moose hang up their plastic for the summer. On the point to everyone trying to improve their game, play different pads, etc. I think its important to mix up the courses from time to time. No question - Willow is the official moose grazing grounds, but there shouldnt be an issue with ... more

Geez... Sounds like a bunch of cry-babies! Personally, I think we should play longs more also! Atleast, once or twice a month! That also will help the ace pool! Hate to inform whoever is crying about mosquitoes, IT'S MICHIGAN IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE BUGS THEN TAKE UP BASKET BALL OR SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING! There are mosquitoes at Lakeshore also! Personally, this is a game of self improvement and enjoyment of being outdoors! I don't like to feel rushed or shunned because I don't play your way....

We will be playing at willow tomorrow. Bring bug spray and moving forward we play where it is posted. The skeeters were rough yesterday and WE, as in myself and Marcos, entertained the idea of lakeshore. We will no longer be acknowledging any voting for where we play. if you don't want to play where we choose then oh well. I am fortunate that we have people that can help run the league and volunteer personal time for the club and I think some people don't realize that. We are going to have to be flexible for the club which will help increase payouts and ace pool.
