New Format for Doubles

One big change: instead of playing best shot every week, we'll be randomly picking one of three doubles formats - best shot, alternate shot or shambles. We'll use a roll of the dice to pick the format each week. Best Shot: Each player tees off, pick the best shot and then both throw from there, etc. until the hole is finished. Shambles: Both players tee off and the best shot is chosen. From that point on both players must finish the hole, counting all strokes. Aside from an ace, the best score you can get on a hole is 3.

Saturday Doubles Kickoff

This Saturday, the 24th, we moved doubles at Montiel to Saturdays. The format will stay the same ($5 per person, A and B pools). We start at 10. Seeya out there next Saturday!!!
