By the time our round Wednesday June 15 plays out we will have played a maximum of 13 rounds both doubles and singles.
We should take all of the players who have played at least half of those rounds which will be 7 rounds (rounded up) and use their rounds played to calculate an average number of rounds played by all of those players. The current Overall League scoring system we are using accounts for all rounds played by all players. Most leagues use a number of rounds (E.g. the best 10 rounds) in order to compensate for missed rounds by players with scheduling conflicts.
Our leage has such a variation in participation (from one to twelve rounds so far) that it might be better for us to use a number of rounds that is equal to the average number of rounds played by all of the players in our league (currently 7). This m ...

In the absence of written comment, the method of scoring, as stated and dated June 14, 2011 (below), shall stand as the method to be used for league (wtf cares) scoring. This has been discussed on the course and will be implemented thusly!
