What: This is a handicap league with a twist. Instead of having your handicap subtracted from your score, you will receive mulligans. If your handicap is 6, you will have 6 handicaps.
The Twists: Quite a few. First off, if you do not use all of your mulligans in a round, you can carry HALF over to your next round. You can bank up to 10 mulligans.
Second, we will be playing from the long pads, but for 2 mulligans, you can choose to tee off from the short pad on holes 1, 5, 6, 8, 13 & 14. (You can only make this choice prior to teeing off. Once you have teed off, you must play the hole out.)
There will be an ace pool. On any first shot (long or short pads), you will get the full ace pot. If you hit an ace on a mulligan throw, you will receive half the ace pot.
Players can purchase up to 5 mulligans per round at a cost of $1. These count towards your handicap.
Handicap? Basically your score+mulligans used.
Payout: $4 of entry fee goes to payout, $1 of entry and all mulligans go to 2014 Evansville Open VI.
