Disc Van Go

DC Dan from DiscVanGo is planning a possible trip down to Whistler's Bend this Friday, possibly Saturday or Sunday. This is by far the best way to travel, go to DiscVanGo on discgolfscene to check out the bus. Anyone that would be interested would respond to me, Dan Brown from DGOD, or to DC Dan. Make sure to put it on your favs as well to keep posted on weekly leagues and out of town adventures that DC is planning. Anyone that would want to go would be picked up at Leverich. This is your chance to get down South and hit one of the best courses Oregon has to offer. "Switch"

REPEAT!

We have all played by the rules. This message is to remind everyone that the tags are for fun and not to cause animosity towards one another. From now on players are to follow park rules where ever you are playing. The rounds should be played following PDGA rules(no playing from water). Rules are monitored by the group. If you have to leave in the middle of a round you will take max strokes on unplayed holes and surrender your tag and leave with the highest in the group. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you ca ... more

RINSE,REPEAT

This message is to clear up any confusion that any Mud Turtle might have concerning bag tags and bag tag matches. Bag tags are a way to inspire friendly competition between friends, not to provoke controversy and animosity. I started this league as a players league, meaning we play for tags. As far as I am concerned every match should be a bag tag match. Your bag tag should be on your bag at all times. If you do not have your tag on you you cannot play for tags. Anyone can play anyone, anytime, ... more

Bag Tag Matches

I cannot express this enough, if you play a bag tag match you need to submit the scores that night or early the following morning. The player taking the lowest tag should shoulder this responsibility. I cannot enter any of the scores from yesterday because there were earlier matches that have not been submitted. This club is growing fast and I need all members participation in keeping our tags updated.

Friday the 13th

No machetes, no hockey masks, and no summer camps full of unsuspecting half naked camp counselors, just a good group of guys getting together for a friendly, and semi-profitable, match at the clubhouse. Steven Sands was on fire and took home first, $20 bucks and a new buzzz while Saui took second, $15 bucks and a new KC Pro Roc. Nice work guys.
