About this League
Bag tag league for Montiel Park ONLY. Matches can only be played at Montiel. Must be a Montiel regular to participate, since we want to make sure that the tags are available and in play often. More detailed rules to follow. Tag rounds should be recorded here on Disc Golf Scene so everyone can see who has what tag. Top 10 tag holders must record a challenge round every two weeks, or forfeit their tag. If you are caught at Montiel without your tag, Dennis will yell at you continuously, each time you throw a shot.

Daniel Alexander - we will miss you
On Saturday, July 4th the Montiel Park Disc Golf family lost Daniel. All of the details are not known, but it sounds like he was hit by a stray bullet fired in anger or stupidity by an unknown assailant while at a 4th of July party in Escondido. A senseless loss of a truly nice guy. If you know how to contact Daniel's family, please let me know - I would like to make sure the Montiel disc golfers are represented at any memorial service or tribute held to celebrate our friend.

Matches not being posted!!!!!
OK, we have a problem. There are matches that are being played and tags changing hands but the matches are not getting posted. PLEASE POST YOUR MATCHES OR USING THE WEB SITE IS USELESS!!!!!!!

VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
attn all montiel bag taggers------- for those of us who play multiple matches in the same day---- it is CRUTIAL (that means important) that you pay attention to the "time of round" portion when inputting your scores.. also- please be sure to assign someone to promise to post the scores for the group in your match.. (preferably someone with a computer and who knows how to type) example= dennis and a.j. play in the morning, and allen and i play in the afternoon- i input scores at 5pm ... more

I'll have tags available on Monday, Memorial Day in the early afternoon.
