I must say WOW and thanks to all of the people and clubs that are supporting my cause of Supporting our Troops 541st in Afghanistan.
My first thanks goes to Thomas "T" D for all that he has done to spread this like a wild fire.
Second goes to Capital City Disc Golf for there donations thus far.
And a Super Big Thanks to DGOD for The fundraiser they are hosting on 11/18/12 @ Lunchtime park 1 pm. This a free tourney and in return they are asking for donations, There will be discs and a Winterhawks Jersey up for grabs as CTP's prizes.

To all the disc golfers responding to Bill Harpster's post regarding supporting the 541st F.S.T. team with care packages, thank you for your effort. Please note the D.O.R.C.s league will be at Horning's Hideout this Sunday and may be able to receive said care packages then. If you are not familiar with the D.O.R.C.s league, we are dedicated weekly players (rain/sleet/snow/insomnia never stops us) that play for fun (no cash on the line ever) and Ryan "Wildcard" Harpster is a D.O.R.C. for life.

As ALPHA Lone Wolf, I'm sure the format will receive plenty of smack talk, but some of us miss the "LONE WOLF" format. Only D.O.R.C.s (without ca$h on the line) can "FUNK YOU UP" and leave you with smile:)

Next weeks D.O.R.C.s league will be at Horning's Hideout. In D.O.R.C.s fashion a "FUNKY FORMAT" will apply!:)
(1st ROUND) Highland Course "singles stroke play"
(2nd ROUND) Meadow Ridge Course "doubles", teams selected by best score teamed with worst score from 1st round
(3rd ROUND) Canyon Course "LONE WOLF", scores will be combined from 1st & 2nd ROUND, points earned in "LONE WOLF" will be subtracted from combined scores! :)
Total points leader will earn the green star.

D.O.R.C.s will start at 7am due to the time change. I think sun up is about 6:45am.

I will NOT be playing D.O.R.C.s with you guys on the 28th at Taloali as I will be busy with TD stuff, feel free to come early and play D.O.R.C.s and I will start BATTLEs (pairs of players) when cards come in. No need for shotgun start as players will be starting on hole #1 this year to MAXIMIZE fun! :)

D.O.R.C.s may have not have been the "usual suspects" today, but a good turnout anyway. All are welcome to join D.O.R.C.s but for the safety of the "usual suspects", it may be best if uglee keeps that funny lookin red hat on so as to NOT blind people with glare:) hahaha, bro you may have got all the looks, but I got all the brains.
