CCR Arms at Work

Thanks to D and Jackie for helping on this cold and windy day. We have roughed in the three new holes in the woods F,G,and H. My goal is to finish cutting in all the new holes in the woods next week. with a little luck ( and a little help ) we should be planting sleeves in two weeks.
The next work day is next Saturday after doubles. we will meet by hole five at 1pm.

OK fellow CCR members and other grand woods loyalists, it is about that time of year again. The snow is starting to melt and the time for course maintenance has arrived. For the next few weeks I will be watching the weather and scheduling work days only when it is supposed to be tolerable outside. Once the weather improves and becomes somewhat reliable we will be working every Saturday after doubles. Once the weather improves and becomes somewhat reliable we will be working every Saturday after doubles.
That having been said, the weather for this coming Saturday is forecast to be clear and near fifty, so I will be out at the woods after doubles working on the new holes, any help would be greatly appreciated. we will be removing small trees and bushes so lopers and small saws will be helpful, but if you can only bring yourself that is great also.

Work day tonight at 6pm at Burchfield. Working on the new course. Hopefully putting in the last 9 sleeves and doing a bunch of raking on the fairways! Bring a rake if you have one, but the park should have some if you don't! Bring a water bottle, I'll make sure my water cooler is full of ice cold water for us!

I have family commitments this week, but I'm going to try to start helping. Perhaps I can get to B-field after work one day a week starting next week and spend a few hours. I'll chat with ya next time I see ya about what I can do to help Rink.
