Sundays game / Work Day @ Whites Acres Private Course.
Ah Yes… What can’t we say about the splendid house of Mr. White.. Words like Raskit aces and was that sky dog, as well as “Are there really chickens in the road?â€, But after playing this course you will have your own choice memories and sayings that will leave you hoping to get a second invite back to taste the private chains that hide out in his woods..

Me hardies! We sail to the campus of Oakland University for a round of pirate adventure. This course is listed a 4 out of 5 stars. It should be a fun challenging course. I have not played it before nor have most of you. However, I anticipate a lot of folks from around the area showing up and representing the 24 Chains crew! Let's have a great time and enjoy this Sunday!
The address to this place is:
3888 Pioneer Dr,
Rochester, MI, 48309

I am going to man up and take the wheel for once! Although Stoney would be super sweet! I realize most of you A2 folk don't want do the ride. It's a long drive and with gas the way it is I can't blame you. Although there is a HUGE following of 24 Chains out here. So i am attaching a few courses linked here that are pretty close to the Royal Oak area within 10-15 miles. Choose by friday! I will be sure to check the boards!

Come one and come all to meet us for our friendly little round out at Hudson Mills.. We are taking out there to get a little warm up for the upcoming league event as well as to hoist our glasses and salute those who make these adventures possible.
Dirty Dollars, Fundraiser sales, Tarzan and whole bag of CHA await those brave enough for the hangover classic but one morning after St Patties….

Bring out ye Dead and a whole lot of luck as we tread lightly onto the grounds of Cass Benton. Expect to have the best of conditions as well as the nicest casual golfers out on the course… Hell there might even be a sledder or two to aim for on some holes.
We are embarking onto the muddfest and forgotten lands as we play in the shelled out defunk’d hills of Northville. Bring you a game and a helmet for the trees are a fallen…

Sunday Raid on Ypsi Dubs Tee time 10:30
Cha!!!. This week we are heading out for a Raiding parrrrrty on the unfortunate fools of the typsi ypsi clan… We should expect to be playing their game as is usual with Raiding.. From what I can recall it’s about $10 to go all in and roughly $5-$6 for regular play. Always a great game when we get to go out and plague other “Normal†groups with our special blend of crazyâ& ...

Alrighty boys, and every now and then girls. Time to SUIT UP!! This week in honor of the man himself we will be playing our Church service at Willow Metro park. Bring out your inner CHA and help us treat Ray like the boat wench by throwing in some birthday spankings. As always we ask you do your best to meet up by 9:30 so we may begin the shenanigans by 10. Willow is a big park and hopefully we will have a wonderful turn out to celebrate the loss of his youth.
You herd right folks, the Admiral will be out this week and running the show at Bandemer. Tarzan, Dirrrrrty, Ace pool that is begging to get drained. The games will be as sketchy as the weather. get ready for the long winter months of playing Shovel of Shame...

Sorry Boys! Due to the weather and the distance. I have decided to cancel today's round in Frankenmuth. There is little to no cover up there and it just seems like it's an awful long distance just to get soaked in the rain. It was a definitely a valid attempt though, and I was very happy with the results of people who were interested. I hope you guys have a good holiday weekend and see you next week.
Hey everyone, Tee time in Frankenmuth is going to be set tentatively at 10:30am. Given the distance I have arranged that we meet some place off of I 75 in Flint. Possibly Miller Rd. Dave, Kurt, and Ray will be coming from the Detroit Metro area, while Mike Even and Dan Lee will be coming from Ann Arbor. This would be the best place to meet given the distance. Please join the Disc Scene group so that we can accurately tell how many of you folks are going to come out tomorrow. And therefore I can make arrangements for car pool.
Looks like Rolling Hills is where we are going to lay anchor this week fellows. A unanimous decision amongst the league.
If any of you need a ride to the park to avoid the parking fee I will be hitting up Kroger on huron early like 9:30. I will be leaving the lot by 9:40. Otherwise I hope to hear your CHAAA at RH! Bring some quarters folks!

This week we are heading back to play our unofficial home port. We will be doing a little double duty and helping course maintenance as well as running our normal show. Ace pool, BYOP?, .25 sack as well as heavy lifting and tee placement, who knows what fun we shall find out there. Maybe Hoffa hides in the rough?
Also note that Ypsi Dubs will be there to help out and play there weekly dubs match. This will make for a whole lot of CHA!!!!!
This Sunday we are meeting up with a couple of our favorite leagues and putting our skillz to the test on the beaten marsh that is Willow. We (24 Chains) are going to be throwing down some CTP’s as well as picking up some Dogs and buns for nourishment for the day’s events, Anyone with the means and want to bring some of their own to share with the posse will be acknowledged as a Nourishment contributor and shall have their named called out to the heave ...

For all who is brave, bold, and willing to drive the 3 hours. Some of us pirates are hitting the road to play Flip City then hit a second round at Whitehall or Freemont on the way home. There will be no points, there will be no ace pool. Just come guys (and a few girls) with a full cooler on a cart. Probably play for a little money to make it interesting and to have some bragging rights. My car is full but I throw down the gauntlet to any bold enough to make the journey. Do what I did, convince 3 other guys to go to cut down on gas cost.
This Sunday we are heading out to Holly Recreational area to play the ponderous course that is HollyWoods. We are also going to start our Winter Points series, the idea is to award first, second and third with points (1st = 3 points, 2nd = 2 points and 3rd = 1 point) the rest of the crowd will have to try again next week to gain their points. That way there is something to shoot for week to week (other than the growing ace pool). This will be a trail run to see if this will continue f ...

Sunday’s game Victory Park in Albion Tee off 10:00 a.m.
You heard it right boys and girls, this week the road warrior league is taking the show out west and playing one of the area’s finest courses to take a stab at the ace pool and bask in the glory that is Victory Park. Bring a water hole disc or two as it comes into play on a couple of holes and the risk/reward shot will leave you wishing you had brought something that floats.

This serves as our last Sunday game of our winter season and we would like to thank those whom traveled alongside us as we dredged through the winter months, We will begin our summer league days of Friday nights with the same voting set up as in the past.. With one small addition. We are planning on branching out and starting a Sunday dub league out in the Royal Oak area that will follow the same principal and ideas of our Ann Arbor based league. That would enable our peoples to be able to attend 2 roaming pirate leagues a week.
We look to the future as the past has led us here and it has been one hell of a trip so far, so stay tuned for changes are coming with the westward winds and who knows where it will end.
