Everyone come out tomorrow for our 2012 Bag Tag Kickoff Tourney. The entry fee to the 2012 Bag Tag League AND Red Hills Disc Golf for an ENTIRE year has been discounted to $20. The player meeting will begin at 2:00, so get to the park a little earlier to get settled in. We will have about 4 CTPs, with prizes, open to everyone for no cost. If you are trying to perfect your "X" step tonight, it might be a little late, so, the "dub" step might be the way to go.

Hey Huckers! Come out this Sunday at 2:00 for our first singles toss of 2012. No tags will be in play, since nobody has one; so come enjoy some huckin at the MAC with nothin on the line...except pride. This toss will be a great chance to get some practice in before our kickoff tourney which is next sunday.

Year-End Bag Tag Finale!!!

This Sunday will be the finale bag tag event!!! 24 holes of straight up tag play with $100 of cash available for on select CTP holes. The $89 ace pot will be in play and also the opportunity to take home the #1 tag for forever!! The entry fee will be simple...A BAG TAG AND YOUR IN!!! The 2012 bag tag league will begin in the middle of january at a date TBA.

Remember that tonight we are having our MEMBER ONLY club appreciation event at MacIntyre Park. The event will start at 6:00 followed by dinner cooked and served by Jim henderson at 7:00. There will be side games setup for your satisfaction by Andrew Wells, and at 8:00-8:30 or so Rob will gather everyone for night golf directions and we will tape glowsticks to our discs and slam some chains under the lights. This will be a bag tag challenge and normal bag tag league rules will apply. Side gam ... more

Please Pay Attention To Detail When Posting Matches

Please pay close attention to detail when posting matches!!! There are some things that I can catch very easily when I verify a posted match and somethings that I can't. Ideally if we all double check the posting before submitting the match the tags will stay in order and my job will be much much easier. I have had people post wrong times, wrong names, wrong scores, wrong dates, and some have posted the new tag numbers instead of the total scores from each player. Please, pleas ... more

Ideally if we all double check the posting before submitting the match the tags will stay in order and my job will be much much easier. I have had people post wrong times, wrong names, wrong scores, wrong dates, and some have posted the new tag numbers instead of the total scores from each player. Please, please make sure that you know what time you start, the date you played, and the first and last name of the players that you play with so that we can reduce or totally eliminate posting errors. Write these details on the scorecard so that you will have things right when you post the match.

It can take alot of time for me to fix some of these errors and if everyone will take a little more time to make sure things are right it will be a huge help. Also, PLEASE POST MATCHES THE DAY THAT THE MATCH IS PLAYED SO THAT TAGS STAY UP TO DATE AND PEOPLE CAN SEE EVERYONES REAL TIME TAG #!!!

Anyone can post bag tag match updates. I encourage all of you to submit an update for any bag tag match that you play even if tags don't change. It will be good to know how many tag rounds everyone plays. All you need to submit an update is the date, starting time, course, course layout (12, 18, or 24 holes), and each players total number of strokes. When you finish a match, decide who will submit the update and let them take the score card. Once the a round is posted and I ve ... more
